Our Founder
Lucas Cacciotti was born and raised in Gloucester, Ontario, and now resides in Manotick with his wife, Kathryn, and their cat, Marvin. He is the Owner and President of ColourCraft Painting and has a strong passion for both hockey and business.
His professional journey began at TD Canada Trust, where he worked as a Branch Representative while completing his education before advancing into a management role as an Account Manager for Small Business. From 2021 to 2024, he served as a Painting Foreman and Manager of Operations at Supreme Painting and Decorating, gaining valuable leadership experience in the painting industry.
Beyond his professional career, Lucas is actively involved in his local community. He currently serves as the President of the HEO ‘AAA’ Hockey League and is a hockey official in the National Capital Region. He graduated from Algonquin College in 2016 with a Diploma in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, which has played a key role in shaping his career and business ventures.
